The ZRFY (Q) fuel gas direct fired hot blast stove is mainly composed of a combustion engine and a combustion chamber. Compared to coal-fired and biomass hot blast stoves, this hot blast stove produces clean flue gas with high cleanliness, high fuel burn out rate, and high control accuracy. It can be remotely monitored with a mobile phone and is safe and reliable to operate.
The fuel gas direct fired hot air stove uses a burner to directly burn the fuel, producing high-temperature gas mixed with air to produce high-temperature gas ranging from 100 ℃ to 900 ℃. It can be matched with various drying equipment, and after high purification treatment, it forms hot air that directly contacts with the material for heating, drying or baking. The fuel consumption is reduced by about half compared to using steam or other indirect heaters. Without affecting the quality of the dried products, direct high purification hot air can be used.
